Overflows

“Overflows” is a sculpture in glass and clay, inspired by the devastation left by the DANA storm in Valencia. The piece is composed of a distorted glass tube that symbolizes the violence and chaos of overflowing water, capturing its uncontrolled flow and the destructive force of the storm. At the top, a clay sphere acts as a fragile seal, attempting to contain the water, and represents human efforts and the symbolic barriers that try to confront the tragedy.
