Equilibrium

“Equilibrium” is a ceramic sculpture that explores a state of balance suspended between opposing forces. The piece articulates a dialogue between weight and lightness, stability and movement, through a composition in which each element appears to hold the others within a system of contained tension.

An organic structure in red clay frames the space without fully enclosing it, while a white ceramic sphere remains suspended at its center by a wire that introduces a sense of air and displacement. This equilibrium is not static, but a held instant, a precarious condition where matter seems to oscillate between gravity and levitation.
