Becoming Bird

“Becoming Bird” is a floral intervention built from a bird of paradise, deconstructed and reconfigured through an intuitive gesture. By removing selected petals and repositioning the remaining elements, the piece shifts from botanical form to suggestion, allowing a new image to emerge.

What is ultimately perceived is not the flower itself, but the shadow of a bird. A presence that is implied rather than shown, where absence becomes a compositional tool.
